Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
- Assist skilled trades in concrete work, framing, and site preparation
- Maintain organized job sites with proper waste management
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet overnight project milestones
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Basic power tool proficiency (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Flexibility for 10-12 hour overnight shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening required
