Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formwork
- Safely operate power tools and heavy equipment under night conditions
- Maintain job site cleanliness and compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for precise project execution
- Perform material inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- CDL Class B or ability to obtain within 30 days (preferred)
