Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling on residential/commercial sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete pouring, and demolition
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety documentation
- Adhere to strict nighttime safety protocols and traffic management plans
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Must be available for 6PM-6AM shifts (4x10 or 5x8 schedules)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
