Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Install formwork, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Perform quality checks on concrete pours and structural elements
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards during all operations
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required
- Valid Class B CDL preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in outdoor conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
