Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation under night conditions
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and power tools as required
- Collaborate with crew leads and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Report hazards or site issues to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
