Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks
- Load/unaver construction equipment and materials
- Maintain accurate timecards and daily progress reports
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
