Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy equipment under certified supervision
- Install/deconstruct structures following blueprints
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work zones
- Perform quality checks on completed tasks
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability for 8 PM - 6 AM shifts (Sun-Thu)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Welding/certification preferred (not required)
