Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations per blueprints
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and skilled trades on complex tasks
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy machinery preferred
- Team player with strong communication skills
