Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site cleanup
- Operate light machinery (saws, drills, compactors) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Read blueprints and instructions for task accuracy
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, lifting, and carrying materials
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
