Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Perform manual labor including lifting, carrying, and installation
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on construction projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, weekends as needed
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
