Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare and maintain job site cleanliness
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout and measurements
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Physical stamina for extreme weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math and measurement skills
