Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, demolition, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and power tools safely

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions

- Strong team collaboration skills and punctuality
