Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform physical tasks (digging, lifting, carrying) up to 50 lbs
- Maintain clean and organized work zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience
- Ability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, levels, measuring tapes)
- Physical stamina for demanding outdoor work
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
