Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform night shift duties (10 PM - 6 AM) in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
- Flexible schedule for rotating night shifts
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
