Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and construction machinery under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support project timelines
- Perform concrete work, demolition, and site cleanup as assigned
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent physical work background
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible weekend schedule
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality for night shift operations
