Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and earth-moving equipment
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with precision installation tasks
- Conduct equipment maintenance and pre-shift inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery
