Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Inspect work areas for hazards and report issues to supervisors immediately
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job site inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily timecards and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred or willingness to train
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions during night hours
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as project demands require
