Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems during overnight shifts
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Massachusetts electrical codes
- Coordinate with engineering teams for system upgrades and retrofits
- Document all maintenance activities and safety protocols
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician Journeyman License required
- Minimum 4 years commercial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with industrial control systems and VFDs
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for overnight shifts and confined space work
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
