Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and control equipment in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure precise execution of electrical projects
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on complex electrical systems with minimal downtime
- Adhere to all NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety protocols during all operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement energy-efficient electrical solutions
- Document all work performed using CMMS systems and maintain detailed service records
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Electrical Journeyman or Master license required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills with complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
