Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical systems
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Maintain and calibrate specialized electrical testing equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Expertise in 3-phase power systems and industrial controls
- Strong diagnostic skills for PLC and VFD systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent physical condition and ability to lift 50+ lbs
