Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair high/low voltage systems in industrial/commercial settings
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- Ability to work independently in low-light environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills with systematic problem-solving approach
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
