Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial buildings and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and Florida electrical codes
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform critical repairs during night shifts
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale projects
- Document work orders, material usage, and safety compliance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving complex electrical faults
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, lifting 50+ lbs, and confined space entry
