Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution
- Perform emergency repairs during night operations with minimal downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
- Lead small crews during critical infrastructure projects
- Document service reports and maintain digital maintenance logs
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and VFD controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex electrical systems
- Emergency response experience in industrial settings
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
