Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for precise system implementation
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on complex electrical networks
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and NFPA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during emergency outages
- Document all maintenance activities and system modifications
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Journeyman Electrician license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in 3-phase systems, motor controls, and PLC programming
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night-shift environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
