Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead emergency response for critical outages during night operations
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors and building management for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience in California
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman or Master certification
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers
- Availability for flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
