Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings during night shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Lead emergency repair operations for critical infrastructure
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
- Document all work with precise technical reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License (or equivalent)
- Expertise in industrial control systems and VFDs
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
