Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams
- Document maintenance activities and system performance
- Mentor junior technicians during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician Journeyman license (required)
- 5+ years commercial electrical experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Expertise in PLC/HVAC systems
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of Boston building codes
