Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems including conduits, circuits, and control panels
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Document work orders, maintenance logs, and system reports
- Train junior electricians on advanced techniques and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience with night shift preference
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Expertise in troubleshooting industrial control systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
