Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections of wiring and circuits to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Prepare materials for upcoming projects and deliver them to job sites.
- Communicate effectively with the crew regarding task progression and safety hazards.
- Participate in on-the-job training to gain proficiency in trade skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
