Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and night shift teams for seamless execution
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Perform emergency repairs during off-hours as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience required
- Valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in low-light environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Baltimore City electrical codes
- Experience with conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Reliable transportation and night shift availability
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
