As a Night Shift Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of electrical systems during off-hours. You will work on a variety of projects including commercial maintenance, industrial repairs, and emergency troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties during night shifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Document work orders and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work effectively and safely in a night shift environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
