Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to execute complex projects
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for electrical faults and inefficiencies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including NFPA 70E and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades and emergency repairs
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Manage inventory and requisition necessary electrical components and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with night shift preference
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging
- OSHA 30-hour certification and NFPA 70E arc flash training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during critical projects
