Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/industrial electrical systems
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical failures using advanced tools
- Coordinate with engineering team for system upgrades
- Document maintenance activities and safety protocols
- Mentor junior electricians during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial experience
- Expertise in 3-phase systems, VFDs, and PLCs
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
