Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems including panels, transformers, and circuitry
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on industrial and residential properties
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Texas state electrical codes
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale projects
- Document all maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
- Mentor junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills using multimeters and test equipment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
