Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Execute night shift duties, including 24/7 facility monitoring, preventative maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide installation and repair processes.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical infrastructure to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Document all work orders, repairs, and safety checks accurately in the maintenance management system.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Florida.
- Proven experience working in night shift or 24/7 operations environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, wiring techniques, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and electrical safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
