Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Perform diagnostics on electrical equipment and systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours as needed
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
