Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical malfunctions
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
- Document work orders, materials used, and system modifications
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend preventive measures
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial wiring systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
