Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on industrial and commercial systems during night shifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute wiring and fixture installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, transformers, and circuit breakers to ensure compliance with NEC standards.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed, material usage, and time spent on tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand over completed work and communicate any critical issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State of California).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical conditions (climbing, bending, standing).
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
