Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute complex wiring projects
- Perform system diagnostics using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety protocols
- Lead emergency response calls during night shift operations
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Document all work using digital maintenance management systems
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master License
- 3+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and motor control centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
