Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and control circuits
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and emergency repairs during night operations
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and NEC safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale electrical projects
- Document all work activities using digital reporting systems
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience (Journeyman license required)
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial automation
- OSHA 10/30 certification and current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with commercial lighting retrofit and energy management systems
