Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and Texas electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical failures using advanced testing equipment
- Lead emergency response for critical power outages
- Train and mentor junior electricians on safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/industrial experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in PLC systems and VFD troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of safety compliance
- Flexibility for weekend overtime as needed
