Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA electrical safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale installations
- Document work activities and maintain detailed project reports
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience required
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Proven expertise in blueprint reading and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for high/low voltage systems
- Ability to work independently in night shift environment
- Experience with industrial control systems a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
