Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and system testing
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Provide emergency electrical support during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license or equivalent journeyman certification
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and NEC regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
