Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical codes
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades on residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all work adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to resolve electrical concerns
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid state electrical license (Florida)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
