Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and system testing
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and California electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Document work activities and maintain safety compliance records
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending and power distribution systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
