Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Lead small crews during critical infrastructure projects
- Document all work using digital maintenance systems
- Collaborate with project managers for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Must pass background check and drug screening
