Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per blueprints and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Inspect wiring, fixtures, and equipment for compliance with OSHA and NEC regulations
- Collaborate with contractors and team members on complex projects
- Document work orders, materials used, and system modifications
- Ensure job sites are clean and safety protocols are followed
- Respond to emergency calls during night shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician Journeyman License required
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and confined spaces
