Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency response teams during critical outages and service calls
- Mentor junior technicians and maintain detailed project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of assignments
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Electrician License (or reciprocal state license)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, transformers, and control systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Strong troubleshooting skills with multimeters and circuit testers
- Flexible availability for weekend and emergency overtime shifts
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
