Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for project execution
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Indiana
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
