Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings during night shift hours
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute precise electrical work
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to project timelines and resource allocation
- Document all work activities, materials used, and maintenance reports accurately
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience with night shift preference
- Valid Indiana Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and building blueprints
- Expertise in conduit bending, power distribution systems, and PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills with emergency response capabilities
